Click on the Explore DMR data link. Click on the NPDES Monitoring Data Download link. Click on the dates directly below the Monitoring Period Date Range – a calendar should appear. Select the Monitoring Period Date Range for which you are interested. Enter the Facility Identification NPDES ID (EPA ID number is TX+7 digits) Click the submit button.

Make sure you remember the email address you are using for NetDMR, your NetDMR User Name and Password for logging onto NetDMR and the answers to the five security Questions. NetDMR is designed to improve data quality, save paper, and provide cost savings for permittees and regulators.
The NetDMR login page allows you to log in to NetDMR. The Signatory Authority, i.e. Cognizant or Responsible Officials (whoever is authorized to sign the DMRs), must be the first to create a NetDMR account for a facility. First, login to NetDMR. On the home screen, a set of search criteria are visible. To see all available DMRs, simply click “Search” at the bottom of the page. To search for a particular DMR, select the desired criteria and then click “Search”. Once the search is conducted, a list of DMRs is shown. There are several options you may take.
