ELIGIBILTY Who is eligible to apply? Age: To apply, you must be at least 20 years old. Academic background: Your application to the internship program was submitted at the following time: You are currently enrolled in a graduate program (Master’s, PhD, or comparable, second or higher degree from university). 12 months prior to the start of the internship, you have recently earned a Master’s or PhD (or second degree as described above). Please be aware that individuals who have finished their full-time university studies but are not enrolled in a graduate program are not eligible to apply. Candidates for secretarial/assistant or technical/professional assignments must be enrolled in a secretarial school or a specialized technical/professional institution, and they must either be in their final year of study or have recently graduated (within the last 12 months) from their school or institution. Languages: You should be fluent in either French or English, both in written and spoken form. For internships in secretarial and assistantship positions at the Headquarters, having a basic understanding of the other language (whether it be English or French) is advantageous and might even be needed.
